- Theme – ‘Clean Water for a
Healthy World’ (Click

learnt from Central Water Commission that the ‘World Water Day’ is being
observed in place of ‘Water Resources Day’ and accordingly the theme for ‘World
Water Day’ can be used for ‘Water Resources Day’.
World Telecommunication and Information Society Day

ICTs', to be observed on
